Returns

- You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

- To start a return, email support@thrively.store with your order number. We'll reply with simple return instructions.

Refunds

- Once we receive and approve your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method.

- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no return needed.
